About Triple R Bonefishing

Triple R Bonefishing is a family-run guiding service based in Rolletown, Exuma, Bahamas — led by Captain Reno Rolle and his son Ron.

We specialize in bonefishing only, delivering an authentic Exuma flats experience built on patience, local knowledge, and a genuine love for the water.

A Lifetime on Exuma’s Flats

Reno has loved fishing since he was about 10 years old. Over time, he developed his skills the old-school way — by spending years on the water, learning directly from the environment, and building experience day after day.

While Reno is mostly self-taught, his journey was shaped by something that still matters to him today: his father’s support. Reno’s father wasn’t a fishing guide, but when he saw how much Reno loved the water, he encouraged him to try guiding — and that belief helped turn a passion into a lifelong calling.

Why Exuma is Special

The flats in Exuma are unforgettable. The water is incredibly clear, and from a guide’s perspective, that visibility is everything — it allows you to spot fish, position the boat correctly, and give guests the best possible experience.

Over the years, some fish have moved and certain areas have changed — but the beauty of the flats, the calm of the water, and the thrill of bonefishing here have stayed the same.

Guiding as a Father & Son Team

Ron grew up on the boat with his father, learning along the way.

The moment Reno knew his son was ready wasn’t a formal milestone — it was when they started joking and competing over who would spot a fish first. That confidence and sharp eye has now grown into five years of guiding experience, and captaining alongside his son has become one of the proudest parts of Reno’s journey.

A Patient, Relaxed Experience

Whether it’s your first time holding a fly rod or you’ve fished all over the world, Reno and Ron guide with a calm, patient approach.

Their focus is simple:

- Help you feel comfortable

- Teach clearly without pressure

- Make the day enjoyable

- Put you in the best position to succeed

At the end of the day, we want you to leave with great memories — and a smile on your face.
